PERFECTION

Best kept secret on 30A! We have rented a lot of houses and this one surpassed all the others, with ALL things. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 8 to 14 years. They all said it was the best spring break they have EVER been on.

Just like others have said. Andra was more than an owner, property manager. I feel like she is more like a friend. SOOO responsive and always went above and beyond. We had the most perfect weather, so we didn’t even get to use all the inside amenities. We spent all of our time on the lake, dock, beach or strolling around the quiet neighborhood. There is so much for active kids to do.

We rented both bikes and a golf cart, it was a breeze to get our stuff, to and from the beach. We all made good use of the paddle boards, kayak and numerous beach chairs and toys.

The house was clean, new and VERY well-equipped. I can’t say enough about the kids bunk rooms and such a great set up for the bathrooms for the kids. The view from every bedroom was breath-taking.

The neighborhood was quiet and serene, yet it was a quick walk, bike ride or golf cart ride to anything you wanted to do. The Old Fish House, coffee shop and ice cream shop were just a few minute bike or golf cart ride away. Super convenient.

Awesome location!

We loved this place! It had everything we needed plus some. So many vacation rentals provide the bare minimum, while this place had everything you could think of. The location could not have been better. Highly recommend!

Best. Vacation. Ever.

We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Burning Daylight when looking for our vacation spot this summer. In fact, as we studied the property through our decision making process, we kept saying to ourselves, "what's the catch?" There was no catch! This was hands-down the best vacation spot and home we've ever experienced. We've been coming to the 30A for years, but have always stayed at beachfront properties We thought we were taking a risk by sacrificing the beach and a pool for the lake, but we were wrong! We hope to stay at Burning Daylight every year for years to come. The home was in the perfect location - one of the most beautiful properties on Eastern Lake. The home had everything we needed and more! We took advantage of every square foot of the home - inside and out - and thoroughly enjoyed all the toys. We paddle boarded and kayaked mutliple times per day, had a corn hole tournament with the neighbors, rode bicycles daily, and played some serious ping pong matches. We were just a short walk or paddle board ride away from the beach, and Andra had everything we needed for a great day on the beach (umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, and a pull cart to make transferring everything seamless). Andra - thank you so much for opening your home to our family. We had one of the best vacations we can remember, and cannot wait to come back year after year. We didn't want to leave! Your communications leading up to and throughout our stay was above and beyond. Thank you again!

Unbelievable two weeks!

I am obsessed with everything about this house. The location, the lake, the decor….I could go on and on. We had 3 teenagers who loved playing on the lake! The home was perfectly filled with everything you could need! We cooked meals and enjoyed the large kitchen table almost every night! We rented a golf cart and it was so easy to park at the beach as well! I cannot wait to book this home again! 5 stars for sure!
